Blue Jays introduce ticket packs & announce home game times for the 2020 season

Replacing Game Packs, this flexible ticketing option gives Blue Jays fans the most versatile experience at the ballpark to enjoy the game their way

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS today introduce TICKET PACKS -- an exciting and flexible ticketing option that replaces Game Packs to give fans more versatility at the ballpark, while saving them money.

Based on fan feedback, Ticket Packs will offer three game changers to enhance the fan experience:

  1. Personalize your pack – instead of selecting specific games, fans pick the number of tickets they would like in their Ticket Pack, allowing them to design and customize their season and games the way they want, and add to their pack throughout the season.
  2. Flexibility is back – fans have the freedom to use their tickets towards any home game, change their seats in the ballpark, and choose how many tickets they want to use for each game. For example, use eight tickets to one game and four to another – the choice is yours!
  3. Easy exchanges – plans change, and now fans can seamlessly exchange their Blue Jays tickets to better fit their schedule throughout the season, including a special “no fee” exchange window until April 30.

Ticket Pack purchasers save more with the more tickets they purchase, featuring three tiers of options:

  • 12+ Ticket Pack (equivalent to two tickets per game for former 6+ Game Packs)
  • 24+ Ticket Pack (equivalent to two tickets per game for former 12+ Game Packs)
  • 40+ Ticket Pack (equivalent to two tickets per game for former 20+ Game Packs)

Ultimately, revamped Ticket Packs provide Blue Jays fans with the flexibility and savings they want, and the freedom to experience the game their way, whenever and however they choose.

2019 Game Pack purchasers have an exclusive window to renew for the 2020 season beginning on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 10 a.m. ET, prior to the general public onsale on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 10 a.m. ET. For more information, visit bluejays.com/ticketpacks.

To help Ticket Pack purchasers personalize their baseball season, the Blue Jays have also announced home game times for the 2020 season (see attachment), featuring seven weekday afternoon games including Opening Day presented by TD, Victoria Day, Canada Day presented by Honda, and the Civic Holiday.
