The Pittsburgh Pirates today introduced an enhanced Season Ticket Holder benefits program for the 2021 season as an exclusive addition to the many core benefits already afforded to the team’s most loyal fans. The program, dubbed Pirates Points, is focused on delivering exclusive value, benefits and access to current and new Season Ticket Holders.

Pirates Points is a reward-based system unlike any offered before by the Club as Pirates Season Ticket Holders will now have the chance to earn points based on longevity and commitment level. Fans can then redeem their oints at any time throughout the season for exclusive items. The Pirates Points program offers many unique opportunities such as one-of-a-kind experiences, seat upgrades, Clubhouse Store merchandise and more.

In addition, the Pirates also announced a new ticket assurance policy for Season Ticket Holders that will ensure all fan expectations for the ticket offerings are met. If seating capacity is limited and seat locations are impacted, the Pirates will work to meet the Season Ticket Holder’s expectations. If they are unable to meet expectations, fans will have the opportunity to receive a full refund.

While seating capacities for 2021 are still unknown, Pirates Season Ticket Holders will receive priority access for all games next season, and be the first back into PNC Park when gates reopen to the public.

“As we look to welcome our fans back to PNC Park, we are excited to enhance the offerings and give our Season Ticket Holder the flexibility to customize packages that are best suited for them,” said Pirates President Travis Williams. “The Pirates Points program was born from conversations with our Season Ticket Holders and

their desire to receive value, benefits and access that one can’t get any other way. This program will continue to build on the value of our season ticket offerings and bring our fans closer to the team.”
