OAKLAND, Calif. — Ramón Laureano had successful core injury surgery yesterday in Philadelphia, Pa. with Dr. William Meyers at the Vincera Institute. Laureano began having symptoms of discomfort when he started his offseason training at home. Dr. Meyers was very pleased with the result of the surgery and feels that Laureano will have a good outcome from the procedure. Laureano will return to Arizona to resume his rehabilitation in anticipation of being ready for Spring Training.
