DENVER -- The Colorado Rockies have claimed right-handed pitcher Wes Parsons off waivers from the Atlanta Braves and have optioned him to Triple-A Albuquerque. To make room on the 40-man roster, right-hander Scott Oberg has been transferred to the 60-day injured list. The Rockies now have a full 40-man roster.
