Royals announce further details for Saturday’s college exhibition

KANSAS CITY, MO (October 21, 2019) – The Kansas City Royals announced further details regarding the college exhibition game between Vanderbilt University and Oklahoma State University, which will take place this Saturday (October 26) at noon at the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy (1622 E. 17th Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64108). There are a limited number of reserved seats available for $15, while general admission tickets will be sold for $5. All tickets will be sold at the gate on Saturday and all fans in attendance will need to purchase a ticket.

The gates will open to the public at 10 a.m., with Vandy scheduled to take batting practice from 10:05 to 10:45 a.m., and Oklahoma State from 10:45 to 11:25 a.m. Both teams are also scheduled to take a round of infield/outfield prior to first pitch.

Food and beverage will be available for purchase and fans will not be allowed to bring outside food and beverage into the Urban Youth Academy.

There will be parking available in the surface lots located at 1215 E. Truman Rd., and on the corner of 18th and Lydia Ave., as well as street parking available on the northbound and southbound lanes of Martin Luther King Blvd. between 18th and Truman Rd.
