Texas Rangers to host Milwaukee Brewers in pair of exhibition games at Globe Life Field, March 29-30, 2021

Games will conclude 2021 Spring Training schedule

Arlington, TX—The Texas Rangers announced today that the club will host the Milwaukee Brewers for two exhibition games at Globe Life Field, March 29-30, 2021.

The Rangers and Brewers will play on Monday, March 29 at 7:05 p.m. CT and Tuesday, March 30 at 1:05 p.m. CT. The games will conclude the 2021 spring training schedule. Texas is scheduled to open the 2021 regular season in Kansas City on Thursday, April 1. The Rangers will play three games against the Royals before returning to Globe Life Field for the 2021 home opener on Monday, April 5 versus Toronto.

The Rangers were scheduled to open Globe Life Field with an exhibition game versus St. Louis on March 23, 2020 before the season was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The team played a pair of home exhibitions versus Colorado on July 21-22 before hosting the Rockies in Globe Life Field’s first regular season game on July 24.

Texas will play a 30-game Cactus League spring training schedule beginning on Saturday, February 27 against Kansas City at Surprise Stadium (Rangers are road team). The Arizona portion of the schedule concludes on Saturday, March 27 versus San Diego in Surprise.

An updated Cactus League schedule with full times is expected to be released shortly.
