CHICAGO – Prior to tonight’s series opener vs. Kansas City, the Chicago White Sox reinstated right-handed pitcher Matt Foster from the Family Medical Leave List and optioned outfielder Adam Haseley to Class AAA Charlotte.

Foster, 27, was placed on Family Medical Leave on Friday. He is 0-0 with a 1.42 ERA (1 ER/6.1 IP) and five strikeouts in five relief appearances this season.

Haseley, 26, appeared in five games with the White Sox after being recalled from Charlotte on April 20, going 2-10 (.200) with two walks.
