BOSTON, MA – The Red Sox wives will raise funds for the Patient Family Housing Program at Boston Children’s Hospital during the upcoming seven-day homestand with the “Players’ Favorite Things” online auction comprised of baskets filled with autographed items from Red Sox players.  

Starting today, June 7, fans can bid on baskets that include autographed cleats and bats, as well as an autographed jersey from members of the 2018 Championship team. The online auction will run through Thursday, June 13, at 10 p.m. on redsox.com/basketsforgood.  

Throughout the upcoming homestand (6/7-6/13), Red Sox wives will be on hand at Fenway Park Gates A and D from the time gates open until the second inning displaying the baskets and encouraging fans to bid online. 

All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Patient Family Housing Program at Boston Children’s Hospital, which provides affordable accommodations for families while their children receive medical care.
