A’s Recall OF Skye Bolt from Triple-A Las Vegas

OAKLAND, Calif. – The Oakland A’s recalled outfielder Skye Bolt from Triple-A Las Vegas, the club announced today.

 Bolt joins the A’s for the third time this year and is 1-for-7 (.143) with a walk in four games in his Major League debut. He was recalled for the first time May 3 and went 1-for-4 in three games before he was optioned back to Las Vegas May 7. The 25-year-old switch-hitter returned on May 24, went 0-for-1 on May 26 against Seattle and was sent back to Las Vegas June 1. Bolt hit a career-high .269 with 11 home runs and 61 RBI in 89 games with the Aviators and also went 5-for-17 (.294) with two doubles, three home runs, six RBI and three walks in five postseason games.
