The fifth-annual charitable event will take place on Saturday, May 13 and features a home run derby followed by a softball game between the offensive and defensive players from the Houston Texans. All proceeds from the event benefit the JJ Watt Foundation, whose mission is to provide after-school opportunities for middle-school aged children in the community. The JJ Watt Charity Classic has raised over $2,965,000 since the inaugural event in 2013.
In addition to enjoying the softball game, Charity Classic attendees can also purchase raffle tickets, JJ Watt Foundation merchandise or bid on various silent auction items.
