Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN - The Minnesota Twins announced tonight that they have optioned left-handed pitcher Nik Turley to Triple-A Rochester. Turley made three starts for the Twins going 0-2 with a 16.39 ERA (9.1 IP, 17 ER).
Additionally, the Twins have placed infielder Ehire Adrianza on the 10-day disabled list with abdominal issues. Adrianza is hitting .259 (14-for-54) with four doubles in 26 games for the Twins this season.
The Twins will make corresponding moves prior tomorrow night's games in Cleveland.
