CHICAGO -- Following the second game of today's doubleheader vs. Detroit, the Chicago White Sox optioned right-handed pitcher Carson Fulmer to Triple-A Charlotte.

Fulmer, 25, is 1-1 with a 6.32 ERA (11 ER/15.2 IP) and 18 strikeouts in 13 appearances (one start) over four stints with the White Sox this season.
