Seattle, Washington - Third baseman Adrian Beltre has been selected unanimously as the Texas Rangers Player of the Month for September by the writers and broadcasters that cover the team on a regular basis.

It is the 12th time that Beltre has received the Rangers' monthly award, the most of any player since its inception in 1998. He last won in August 2017.

Beltre batted .279 (24-86) with eight doubles, eight homers, and 18 RBI in 25 games this month. He entered Sunday as the A.L. leader with 16 extra base hits in September and was also among the league leaders in homers, total bases (54), slugging (.628), and RBI.
