Three Rangers rank in the top 10 at their positions in the first Google MLB All-Star Ballot update, released on Monday.

Hunter Pence is the Rangers' leading vote-getter. He has garnered 329,321 votes and trails only Boston's J.D. Martinez at DH. Pence entered Monday batting .284 with 41 RBIs and 13 home runs. His resume this season includes a grand slam, consecutive four-RBI games and a seven-game hitting streak.

"I'm appreciative for one person to vote for me," Pence said Monday. "It's a tremendous honor to ever have that experience."

Elvis Andrus, who is ninth among shortstops with 73,559 votes, would like to be part of the excitement of the All-Star Game again after doing so in 2010 and '12. He has six home runs and 33 RBIs while batting .301.

"It's an honor as a player to be there," Andrus said. "I was blessed for my first one in 2010. [Derek] Jeter was still playing, Big Papi [David Ortiz] was there, so it was really cool. I couldn't believe I was part of the All-Star Game. It's surreal. It's something you dream since you were a kid, and kind of cool since you accomplished it."

Joey Gallo is a fan favorite in the outfield. The left fielder, who is on the injured list with a left oblique strain, received 281,179 votes for eighth best among outfielders. He is hitting .276/.421/.653 with 17 homers and 41 RBIs.

Right fielder Shin-Soo Choo ranks 18th (95,875 votes), batting .289 with 11 home runs and 28 RBIs this season.

Fans may vote in "The Primary" at MLB.com and all 30 club sites, the MLB At Bat and MLB Ballpark apps up to five times in any 24-hour period. Fans in the U.S. and Canada can also vote on Google Search for every position, or up to 17 unique players per day, by searching "MLB Vote" or the names of their favorite players. Primary voting ends at 3 p.m. CT on Friday, June 21.

The top three vote-getters at each position (including nine outfielders) per league will move on to "The Starters Election," which begins at 11 a.m. CT on Wednesday, June 26. The votes will reset for a 28-hour voting window that ends at 3 p.m. CT on Thursday, June 27. Starters for the 2019 Midsummer Classic will be unveiled on ESPN that night at 6 CT. The pitchers and reserves will be announced on Sunday, June 30, at 4:30 p.m. CT.

Then on Tuesday, July 9, during the 2019 All-Star Game presented by Mastercard, fans may visit MLB.com and the 30 club sites to submit their choices for the Ted Williams Most Valuable Player Award presented by Chevrolet.

The 90th Midsummer Classic, at Progressive Field in Cleveland, will be televised nationally by FOX Sports; in Canada by Rogers Sportsnet and RDS; and worldwide by partners in more than 180 countries.
