Rangers set for second annual Benefit Blowout

January 22nd, 2018

ARLINGTON -- Rangers broadcaster Eric Nadel will be hosting his second annual Benefit Blowout concert on Thursday at Hyena's Fort Worth.
There will be a sports memorabilia auction, as well as the concert starring Luke Wade's Power Trio with Blane Crews and Paul Jenkins. Opening the show is Grady Spencer and The Work (trio). The doors will open at 7 p.m. CT and the show will begin at 8 p.m. Tickets are $28 and are available online at Prekindle and at the door.
The concert will benefit Focus on Teens, a nonprofit dedicated to helping homeless adolescents in the Dallas and Fort Worth school districts. Focus On Teens was created to initiate a prevention model against the continuing problem of adult homelessness. This year, the charity has offered services to more than 3,000 children and teenagers in the DFW area.
Nadel is entering his 40th year as a Rangers broadcaster and continues to be active in his community. He was the 2014 recipient of the Ford C. Frick Award for broadcasting excellence in baseball.
