2018 Season Ticket Holder FAQ's

Below you'll find helpful information regarding your 2018 season tickets. Additional information can be found at texasrangers.com/handbook.

Season Ticket Holder Services Area:

Located near the First Base Ticket Office with an entrance on the Main Concourse between Sections 42 and 44, this exclusive area allows season ticket holders to exchange tickets and drop off tickets for other guests at Will Call in a climate-controlled facility. Dedicated staff is on hand to provide the best season ticket holder service in baseball.

First Base Box Office (Will Call):

The main ticket office is located at the Southwest Airlines First Base Gate. The designated Will Call Only windows are reserved for customers who would like to drop off tickets for someone in their party during the regular season. Fans picking up tickets left for them at Will Call may utilize the Will Call Only windows at the First Base Box Office. Fans who purchased tickets on texasrangers.com or by calling 972-RANGERS will utilize Will Call On Demand (see below).

Will Call On Demand:

Fans who received a confirmation number when purchasing their tickets online at texasrangers.com, or by speaking with a Rangers representative at 972-RANGERS, may pick up their will call tickets at any open ticket window. To pick up tickets at any box office, fans will need to bring the confirmation number, or the credit card used at the time of purchase, and a valid photo ID.

Exchange Options

Exchanges are limited to only one game and one parking pass in your pre-set package for another game and parking pass of your choice (subject to availability and restrictions). You can make the request in person at the First Base Box Office or the Season Ticket Holder Services area located on the Main Concourse between Sections 42 & 44. If you want to send your exchange request via email please send to sth_exchange@texasrangers.com. Please list the game and tickets/parking you want to exchange and the game you want to exchange into in your email.

My Rangers Tickets & the Ballpark App:

My Rangers Tickets is a single location to manage your tickets and parking (if applicable) online, view all of the tickets in your Rangers account, and take advantage of the latest ticket management features. Through My Rangers Tickets account holders can forward tickets and parking, post tickets and parking for sale on StubHub, and donate tickets to the Vet Tix program. To log on to My Rangers Tickets, visit texasrangers.com/mytickets and access your account with your MLB.com login. Visit texasrangers.com/digital for additional information.

You can also access your tickets and parking on your mobile device by using the MLB.com Ballpark app and selecting "Tickets". Mobile access in MLB.com's Ballpark app allows you to do the following:

  • Present the electronic ticket image to gain entry into Globe Life Park
  • Present the electronic parking image to gain entry into specified parking lots
  • Browse all of your ticket/parking inventory and forward tickets/parking to others
  • Recall tickets/parking that have been forwarded
