What is the Rays Rookies Kids Club?

The Rays Rookies Kids Club is for Rays fans 14 and under. It’s the best way to encourage your lil Slugger’s passion and interest in the Tampa Bay Rays. There are 2 membership levels. The free All-Star membership as well as the $40 MVP membership.

What is included in the All-Star membership?

All-Star membership benefits include special ticket offers, a Rays Rookies sticker set, access to exclusive experiences and events and a coupon from the Rays Republic Team Store.

What is included in the MVP membership?

MVP memberships are available for only $40. Membership benefits include Kids Eat Free*, 50% off tickets for select home games, a duffle bag, a snapback hat, and a Rays Rookies sticker set. Additional benefits include the Monthly Pin Series, and access to exclusive events and experiences. Once a month, swing by the Rays Rookies kiosk during a home game to collect each month’s pin! Pins are only available for pick up at the Tropicana Field, while supplies lasts.

Can I upgrade from the All-Star to the MVP membership option?

Absolutely! At any point during this 2024 regular season, register for the MVP membership and your All-Star account will be upgraded.

How do I sign up?

There are three ways for you to sign up:

• Sign up online at www.raysbaseball.com/RaysRookies.
• Open the MLB Ballpark app, select Tampa Bay Rays as your team, select the TB icon at the bottom, then click on the Rays Rookies Kids Club tile.
• Sign up in person by visiting the Rays Rookies Kids Club kiosk at Tropicana Field during any one of our home games in the 2024 season.

How do I receive my membership kit?

MVP members can receive their kit in the following ways:

1. You can click the option to ship it to yourself (or someone else) at checkout. There is an additional charge of $9.99 for shipping & handling.
2. You can pick up your membership kit from the Rays Rookies Kiosk located near Gate 1 during any home game. Fans who purchase their Kit prior to Opening Day will have the opportunity to pick up their kits at Fan Fest.

All-Star members kits will be mailed to members at no charge. Pick up at Tropicana Field is not available.

When should we expect our items?

If you choose to have your items shipped to you, you should receive your kit in 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your items within 10 business days from the day you order, please email [email protected]. Members who opt to pick up their items in person can during any home game throughout the 2024 season.

Can I sign up for Rays Rookies after the season starts?

Yes! You can sign up your Rays Rookie member at any time during the 2024 baseball season. Memberships are limited, so don’t wait too long!

How do I redeem my 50% off tickets?

Purchase your Rays Rookies Kids Club tickets through your Ballpark Mobile Account or Rays Ticket Account!

1. Log in through your Ballpark Mobile App
   Pro Tip: Make sure your Ballpark Mobile App email address matches the email address used to sign up for your Rays Rookies Membership.

2. Select Regular Season Games on the left-hand side

3. Click on the game date with the applicable discount

4. Choose your Rays Rookies Kids Club discount level

5. Select seats

6. At the bottom of the checkout page, you can either Continue Shopping or complete the transaction

7. Once completed, you can access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app

Please note that sales tax is not included in the ticket price and will be added at the end of the checkout process.

What is included in the kids meal?

Your kids meal includes a hot dog, bottled water and a bag of chips.

Where can I pick up my kids meal?

Rays Rookies Kids Club meals can be picked up at any Whoa Doggy's stand throughout Tropicana Field. Whoa Doggy's stands are in the 1^st Base Food Hall and 3^rd Base Food Hall. Rays Rookies Kids Club Meals can also be picked up at Grand Slam Grill on field level at section 148.

How do I order the kids meal?

Rays Rookies Kids Club meals are available exclusively through mobile ordering via the MLB Ballpark app. The offer is limited to one meal per account and the member must be present at the time meal(s) are redeemed.

• Open the MLB Ballpark app, select Tampa Bay Rays as your team, select the TB icon from the bottom navigation bar, then click on the Rays Rookies Kids Club Meal tile.

If you are having trouble ordering your free kids' meal, please visit the Kids Club Kiosk during any home game for assistance.

THE FLORIDA AQUARIUM

Rays Rookie MVP members are making a splash at The Florida Aquarium! MVP members receive one free child admission to The Florida Aquarium with the purchase of one adult admission ticket. Submerge yourself in all the fintastic views all season long.

How do I redeem free admission to the Aquarium?

MVP Rookies must show their MVP membership card for admission.
