ST. PETERSBURG -- The Rays announced on Friday the process for purchasing Spring Training single-game tickets.
Tickets range in price from $10 to $27. Customers may purchase single-game tickets now through the Rays' Early Access Presale opportunity available exclusively at raysbaseball.com. Only a limited number of tickets per game are being made available during this promotion, which ends Jan. 18 at 9 a.m. ET.
The team begins its Grapefruit League season at Charlotte Sports Park in Port Charlotte, Fla., on Feb. 23 with a split-squad contest against the Pirates in a 1:05 p.m. contest.
Rays Insider subscribers will have the opportunity to participate in a special online pre-sale on Thursday. The deadline for registration is Wednesday at noon. Current subscribers need not re-apply.
On Jan. 18, Spring Training tickets will go on sale online to the general public exclusively at raysbaseball.com at 10 a.m.
The following day, Spring Training tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. via phone at 888-FAN-RAYS or 1-800-745-3000, online at raysbaseball.com, the Charlotte Sports Park box office, all Ticketmaster outlets, the Rays Tampa Store at 400 N. Tampa St. and at the Tropicana Field box office.
Spring Training season tickets are available by visiting raysbaseball.com or by calling 888-FAN-RAYS, and start at only $289 for the Rays' 17-game home schedule at Charlotte Sports Park.
The first workout day for pitchers is Feb. 13. The first full-squad workout is Feb. 17.
