The Gate 1 BayCare Box Office at Tropicana Field is open Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. On game days, the Gate 1 BayCare Box Office at Tropicana Field opens at 10 a.m. and remains open until approximately 30 minutes following the end of the game. The Gate 4 BayCare Box Office at Tropicana Field opens approximately 30 minutes before gates open and remains open through the seventh inning.
