What ages recommended for Reds Heads memberships?

We recommend the Reds Heads Kids Club for ages 3-12. We also have the Reds Rookies baby club for children under age 3 and Club Red for fans ages 13-17. Find our more information on those clubs by following the links below.

Does my Reds Heads membership automatically renew each season?

No, a membership must be purchased each year for a child to be considered an active member.

 How do I purchase a Reds Heads membership?

You can purchase a membership online, right here at reds.com/redsheads! If you're new to the club, click "NEW MEMBERS," and if you are returning, hit "RENEW MEMBERSHIP," and complete the purchase process. You can have your membership shipped for a small fee or choose the free pick-up option and pick it up at the locations mentioned below.

You may also purchase memberships at the Reds Heads Mobile Clubhouse, Fan Club Corner during any home game throughout the 2020 regular season, or at the Great American Ball Park front office lobby Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm on non-game days.

How long will it take for my online order to arrive?

It can take up to 2 weeks for online orders to arrive, but usually arrive between 5-7 business days. They are shipped individually using standard US ground mail.

What games can we attend with our free tickets?

You can use your 2 FREE Reds Heads tickets to attend any Sunday through Thursday home game excluding Opening Day & June 7th. All games are subject to availability. Members also get access to additional discounted tickets for family members & get discounted tickets to any game for the remainder of the season. Be sure you wear your Reds Heads gear to the game you choose to attend, and get ready to have a blast!

What is the Reds Heads Scorebook?

The Reds Heads Scorebooks contains each member's membership card with his/her unique seven (7) digit code on both the card and inside-front cover which can be used to activate your membership, redeem your free tickets, and RSVP for ballpark experiences. It also contains great offer from our local Cincinnati partners like Graeter's, the Cincinnati Zoo, and more! Please treat this scorebook like a gift card and put it in a safe place. Lost or stolen booklets can't be replaced for free and are subject to a $20 replacement fee due to the value of offers inside.

What does it mean to activate the membership and how do I activate it?

Activating is easy & is required in order to redeem your free tickets & participate in Reds Heads activities. Activating your membership gives you access to the full benefits of the Reds Heads Kids Club and ensures that we have your correct contact information to keep you updated on special club news. Plus: activated members receive a special collectible trading pin, get a special birthday card via mail, and are eligible to be selected at random for the Reds Heads Run-On!

To activate your membership visit reds.com/rookies and click "Activate Here." Fill out the information requested and submit the form. The activation code requested is the unique seven (7) digit alphanumeric code on the inside-front cover of your Reds Heads booklet.

Once activated, you should receive a confirmation email with a link to the Reds Heads Portal. If you do not receive a confirmation email after activation, first check your spam or junk filters, then please contact us at fanclubs@reds.com or call (513) 765-7314.

How do I redeem my free tickets?

How do I RSVP for ballpark experiences?

Once activated, you should receive a confirmation email with a link to the Reds Heads Portal. The email contains a special link to the Reds Heads portal. We recommend bookmarking this link. Go to the Reds Heads portal page, follow the directions to RSVP for your specific events using your seven (7) digit code on the inside-front cover of the Reds Heads Scorebook.

Choose your dates carefully as once you make your selection, you will not be able to change it. After you register for an event, you will be emailed the ticket. You'll need to bring your scorebook or membership card to be scanned for entry. If you are RSVP'ing for multiple members, you will need to go through the process using each code individually.

Reds Heads are allowed to RSVP for one type of event each year:

  • One (1) Autograph Session
  • One (1) Q & A Session

Do I have to pay for any of the ballpark experiences?

For the experiences that happen on the field (i.e. Run the Bases), Reds Heads members must have a valid game ticket in order to participate. For Autograph Sessions, Reds Heads members receive free admission and any accompanying family, friends or guardians will be required to pay a half-price Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame admission fee. The Reds Heads Q&A Session has free admission for both members and accompanying guests and do not require a game ticket.

If I am taking my Reds Heads member to a ballpark experience and a sibling or friend who is not a Reds Heads member wants to attend, is that ok?

We keep all ballpark experiences exclusive to Reds Heads members. Therefore siblings or friends who are not members are not able to participate in the experiences. We encourage siblings and friends join one of our fan clubs as well so they too can take part in all the fun!

How do the Autograph Sessions work?

The Autograph Sessions will take place in the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame located on Joe Nuxhall Way. There is one player at each autograph session. Do to player schedules, we will not know who the player until than 24 hours before the event. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to ensure that you meet the player and get his autograph. Once the player has signed for each member in line, we will not have the player remain at the event for late arrivals. We recommend arriving early to allow time to find parking and walking. Members need to bring their own item to be signed and is limited to one item per member.

Who gets chosen for the Reds Heads Run-On and other on-field activities?

Every Reds Heads member who has activated their membership is automatically entered into a drawing for these memorable experiences. If you are chosen, a representative from the Reds will contact you at least one week in advance of the event to provide you with all the important details.

How do I access the Reds Heads Portal?

Upon activating your membership, you will receive a confirmation email of your activation. This email will contain the link to the portal. If you have trouble locating this email, please contact us at fanclubs@reds.com or call (513) 765-7314.

What if my child loses their Reds Heads scorebook, membership card or other items?

Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen items. You will have the option to purchase a replacement Scorebook for $20. Items from the kits cannot be sold individually.
