Reds Top 6 Ballpark Pass

The Reds Top 6 Ballpark Pass gives you access to all home games* for just $29.99 a month!

 

In honor of the old "Top 6" rows at Riverfront Stadium, you can receive a ticket to the Top 6 at Great American Ball Park every home game* for the 2018 season. 

Benefits:

  • Your tickets and seat location will be delivered digitally to your mobile device in the MLB.com Ballpark app.
  • Auto-renews each month for convenience

*Excludes Opening Day and Postseason.

 

NOTE: If you are purchasing your pass now, it will begin with the May 1 game

How it Works

  • Purchase up to eight (8) passes. Be sure to purchase all your passes in one transaction to enjoy the game with family and friends!
  • Download the MLB Ballpark app. Log into your MLB.com account with the e-mail address used to purchase your Top 6 Ballpark Pass.
  • Your seat locations will be assigned two (2) hours before each game. You can view these in the MLB Ballpark app.
  • When you're ready to enter Great American Ball Park, access your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app 'Ticketing Tab', scan in with your barcode, and enjoy the game!

Please note: All of your tickets will be available via the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone. There are no refunds/exchanges.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: When does my pass begin?
A: Your Top 6 Ballpark Pass will begin the day of your purchase, as long as you purchase before first pitch. (For example, if you purchase on May 1, your pass will begin on May 1 as long as you purchase before 7:10pm).You must purchase your Pass by the 10th of each month to include the remaining games in that month. (For example, any purchases made on June 10 or later would not include June games and would begin with July 1.)

Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The Top 6 Ballpark Pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded to access your Ballpark Pass tickets.

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Top 6 Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Great American Ball Park and seat assignments will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app.

Q: Can I purchase the Top 6 Ballpark Pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Great American Ball Park.

Postponed Games

Q: What happens if a game is rained out?
A: If a game is postponed, your ticket for that game through the Pass is valid for the rescheduled game only.

Post-Purchase Registration

Q: I bought my Top 6 Ballpark Pass. Now what do I do?
A: Follow the steps below.

STEP 1: Download the MLB Ballpark app

  • Download the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone, and create or log in with your MLB.com account. If you already have the app, be sure to download the latest version and keep updating throughout the season. CLICK HERE

STEP 2: Link your account

  • Register your Top 6 Ballpark Pass in the MLB Ballpark app to access your mobile barcodes.
  • Open the app on your phone
  • Tap Tickets at the top of the Reds section
  • Select Link Account
  • Log in using the e-mail address you used to purchase

ENTERING GREAT AMERICAN BALL PARK

Q: How do I get into Great American Ball Park with my Top 6 Ballpark Pass?
A: Your tickets for all games can be found in the MLB Ballpark app. Download the MLB Ballpark app and select Top 6 Ballpark Pass on the Ballpark section of the app. Login with the e-mail address you used to purchase your Ballpark Pass and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Great American Ball Park.

Q: Am I allowed to enter Great American Ball Park before I receive my seat location for that game?
A: Yes! Your barcode will allow you access into Great American Ball Park, even before your seat location for that game is assigned.

Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the MLB Ballpark app. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Great American Ball Park together.

TOP 6 BALLPARK PASS SEAT LOCATIONS

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Top 6 Ballpark Pass?
A: Yes! Seat locations will be assigned 2 hours before each game.

Q: What if I lose the text message with my barcode?
A: If you can't access your Top 6 Ballpark Pass via text message, simply access the MLB Ballpark app and select "Top 6 Ballpark Pass" on the Ballpark section of the app.

Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: Please call the Reds Ticketing Department at 513-765-7500.

EXCHANGING TICKETS

Q: Can I sell my Top 6 Ballpark Pass tickets for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable.

Q: Can I share my Ballpark Pass tickets with someone else?
A: Tickets cannot be shared. Admission to Great American Ball Park and seat assignments will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.

Auto-renewal of Passes

Q: How do I renew my Top 6 Ballpark Pass for the next month?
A: When you purchase the Top 6 Ballpark Pass you will be auto renewed each month. You will be charged $29.99 on a month by month basis during the 2018 regular season.. The auto renewal charges will be processed for the months of May, June, July, August and September on the 15th day of the month.

Q: How do I opt out of renewing my Top 6 Ballpark Pass?
A: To cancel your Top 6 Ballpark Pass, you must notify Customer Service of such cancellation by 9 a.m. on the 15th of the month. Requests can be made by email to optoutpass@reds.com

Q: When can I opt out of my Top 6 Ballpark Pass?
A: You must e-mail optoutpass@reds.com of such cancellation request on or before the 15th day of any calendar month in order to cancel your Top 6 Ballpark Pass effective as of the last day of the same calendar month. Any cancellation request made after the 15th day of a calendar month will result in cancellation of your Top 6 Ballpark Pass effective as of the last day of the following calendar month.
