Our Red Sox Rewards Program is now live! Head over to redsox.com/rewards to view your account and see what items and experiences we have in the Marketplace, Auction page, and Sweepstakes page. The program is also available via the MLB Ballpark app by visiting the the Team Page and tapping the icon under Membership Programs.

If you redeem an item though the Marketplace, please email your Account Executive or [email protected] to schedule a pickup at the Season Ticket Holder Table during the next game you're attending.

Ticket management for the 2024 season is live! Visit your My Tickets account and the MLB Ballpark app to start viewing and managing your tickets. We hosted a webinar on how to manage your tickets through the MLB Ballpark app and My Tickets. To view that webinar, please click here.

Another exclusive benefit for Season Ticket Holders is the Ticket Exchange Program. The purpose of this benefit is if you can't attend a game in your plan, you can exchange out of it to a game you can attend. Games you exchange into will be at the single game ticket price, same as if you purchased any other tickets outside of your ticket plan.

• A, B, and 40 Game Plan Holders ticket exchange eligibility increased from 20% to 25%
• 20 Game Plan Holders ticket exchange eligibility increased from 15% to 20%
