SAN DIEGO - The Colorado Rockies announced today that they have recalled the following players from Triple-A Albuquerque: right-handed pitcher Yency Almonte, left-hander Harrison Musgrave, catcher Tom Murphy, infielder Pat Valaika and outfielder Noel Cuevas.

•  Almonte, 24, has posted a 1.00 ERA (9.0 IP, 1 ER) in seven relief appearances across two stints with the Rockies since making his Major League debut on June 21 … in 18 appearances (10 starts) with Triple-A Albuquerque went 3-5 with a 5.56 ERA (43.2 IP, 27 ER), 14 walks and 34 strikeouts … in 118 career Minor League appearances, including 102 starts, has gone 38-35 with a 4.08 ERA (562.2 IP, 255 ER), 196 walks and 465 strikeouts.

• Musgrave, 26, has gone 1-3 with a 5.08 ERA (33.2 IP, 19 ER), 17 walks and 23 strikeouts in 24 appearances with Colorado … made his Major League debut against San Diego on April 23 … in eight appearances (three starts) for Albuquerque went 0-1 with a 5.40 ERA (16.2 IP, 10 ER), six walks and 18 strikeouts … has gone 31-19 with a 4.10 ERA (419.2 IP, 191 ER) in 85 career Minor League games, including 78 starts, since 2014.

• Murphy, 27, has batted .227 (20-for-88) with five runs scored, seven doubles, one triple, two home runs, 11 RBI and three walks in 31 games with the Rockies … in 64 games with Albuquerque, batted .258 (61-for-236) with 40 runs, 16 doubles, three triples, 17 home runs and 49 RBI … in 75 career games with the Rockies across parts of four seasons (2015-18), has batted .220 (42-for-191) with 19 runs, 11 doubles, one triple, 10 home runs, 34 RBI, 13 walks and one stolen base.

• Valaika, 25, has batted .150 (17-for-113) with seven runs, four doubles, two home runs, four RBI and nine walks in 57 games across three stints with the Rockies this season … batted .216 (30-for-139) with 13 runs, four doubles, one triple, eight home runs, 20 RBI and seven walks in 37 games with the Isotopes … in 180 career games across parts of three seasons with Colorado (2016-18), has hit .220 (69-for-314) with 38 runs scored, 16 doubles, 16 home runs, 46 RBI, 16 walks and 91 strikeouts.

• Cuevas, 26, has batted .243 (33-for-136) with 14 runs, four doubles, one triple, two home runs, eight RBI and six walks across 63 games with the Rockies … made his Major League debut April 22 vs. Chicago-NL … the Camuy, Puerto Rico, native has batted .331 (53-for-160) with 17 runs, 10 doubles, four triples, five home runs, 29 RBI, 16 walks and three stolen bases in 44 games with Albuquerque this season.
