Here's a look at Sunday's top Minor League performers from each team's Top 30 Prospects list:

AMERICAN LEAGUE EAST

Blue Jays: Cavan Biggio, 2B/OF (No. 9) -- 2-for-4, R, SB (Triple-A Buffalo)
Biggio had a pair of base hits in four trips to the plate in the Bisons' 3-2 win over Lehigh Valley, raising his already gaudy slash line to .341/.478/.591. His on-base percentage is tops in the International League. He also swiped his fourth bag of the year, and with six home runs appears poised to make a run at a second straight 20-20 season.

Orioles: DJ Stewart, OF (No. 16) -- 1-for-2, 2B, BB, RBI, R (Triple-A Norfolk)
The Orioles' 2015 first-round pick was 1-for-2 with an RBI double and a walk before the Tides' game was suspended due to rain. Stewart has boosted his average nearly 50 points over the past several days and was coming off of back-to-back two-RBI performances. While his average sits at .250, the 25-year-old outfielder has reached base at a .393 clip, thanks to a 21-to-18 walk-to-strikeout ratio.

Rays: Colin Poche, LHP (No. 17) -- 2 IP, 0 R, 1 H, 1 BB, 4 K (Triple-A Durham)
Poche entered 2019 with a career ERA under 2.00 and was coming off of a season in which he was the most dominant reliever in Minor League Baseball, but he got off to a rough start, yielding 12 earned runs over his first 8 2/3 innings. He's showing signs of righting the ship, though, as Sunday marked the second straight outing in which he's gone two scoreless innings, striking out seven while allowing three hits and a walk.

Red Sox: Triston Casas, 1B/3B (No. 2) -- 1-for-2, 2B, BB, R (Class A Greenville)
The Red Sox's 2018 first-rounder has now hit safely in five straight games, during which he's 6-for-18 (.333) with three doubles and two home runs. The big left-handed slugger got off to a slow start in April, slashing .208/.284/.364 with six doubles and two homers in 22 games.

Yankees: Luis Medina, RHP (No. 14) -- 4.2 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 6 BB, 3 K (Class A Charleston)
Charleston was the only Yankees affiliate in action on Sunday. Medina struggled with his control again, walking six and hitting two batters over 4 2/3 innings, but he managed to limit the damage to two runs by yielding just two hits. The 20-year-old Dominican has now allowed 26 hits and 19 walks in 18 2/3 innings (2.41 WHIP), and his ERA sits at 8.20 through five starts. He's walked nearly a batter per inning (93 BB, 98 IP) as a pro.

AMERICAN LEAGUE CENTRAL

Indians: Tyler Freeman, SS/2B (No. 3) -- 2-for-4, 2B, RBI (Class A Lake County)
Freeman upped his season average to .295 with a 2-for-4 day at the plate, with an RBI single and a double. He's hitting .417 (5-for-12) over his last three games to snap an 0-for-7 skid, and is coming off a stellar 2018 campaign with Class A Short Season Mahoning Valley, where he hit .352/.405/.511 with 14 steals. Royals: Emmanuel Rivera, 3B (No. 18) -- 2-for-4, RBI (Double-A NW Arkansas)
Rivera went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles and an RBI to help Northwest Arkansas defeat Midland, 5-3. That upped his season line to .276/.316/.400 after hitting safely in eight of his last nine games. Last year, he hit .274/.326/.416 over 106 games between Rookie level and Class A Advanced Wilmington.

Tigers: Matt Manning, RHP (No. 2) -- 7 IP, 0 R, 3 H, 1 BB, 9 K (Double-A Erie); Kody Clemens, 2B (No. 14) -- 4-for-5, 2 HR (3), 2 2B, 2 RBI, 3 R, SB (Class A Adv Lakeland)
Manning baffled Bowie hitters for seven innings in a 5-0 Erie victory. The effort took his season ERA down to 2.27 over six starts, in which he has limited opposing batters to a .138 batting average against him. He's also struck out 50 while walking only eight in 35 2/3 innings.

It was a banner day for Clemens, son of the legendary Roger Clemens. Kody went 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles and a pair of homers in the Flying Tigers' 10-5 win over Bradenton, snapping a three-game hitless streak for the 22-year-old second baseman. He's hitting .193/.253/.386 with three homers and four steals on the season, his second as a professional.

Twins: Ryan Jeffers, C (No. 16) -- 4-for-4, HR (2), RBI, 2 R (Class A Adv Fort Myers); Jordan Balazovic, RHP (No. 19) -- 7 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 10 K (Class A Adv Fort Myers)
Jeffers had a huge game with four hits in four at-bats, including his second home run of the season. He was very impressive in his first professional campaign last year, slashing .344/.444/.502 in 64 games split between Rookie level Elizabethton and Class A Cedar Rapids. So far in 2019, he's hitting .295/.360/.423 in 22 games.

In the same game, Balazovic was tremendous over seven perfect innings, striking out 10 in his first start since being promoted from Cedar Rapids, where he posted a 2.18 ERA in four starts. It's a great start to his season after he posted a 3.94 ERA in 12 appearances (11 starts) at Cedar Rapids in 2018.

White Sox: Luis Robert, OF (No. 4) -- 3-for-5, 3 2B, 3 RBI (Double-A Birmingham)
After going 0-for-10 in his first three games at Double-A, Robert is now 7-for-10 with four doubles over his past two. The 21-year-old Cuban phenom is slashing .432/.491/.842 overall after torching Carolina League pitching for the first month of the season. He has collected three or more hits in seven of his 24 games this year.

AMERICAN LEAGUE WEST

A’s: Nick Allen, SS (No. 15) -- 2-for-4, HR (3), 2B, RBI, 3 R, BB (Class A Adv Stockton)
Allen led off and went 2-for-4 with a double and a solo homer in Stockton's 9-3 victory over Modesto. That lifted the 20-year-old shortstop's slash line on the season to .283/.357/.460 with three homers and six steals.

Angels: Jose Suarez, LHP (No. 5) -- 5 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 4 K (Triple-A Salt Lake)
After taking a big step forward in 2018, pitching across three levels, the 21-year-old lefty had the start of his '19 season delayed when he experienced shoulder soreness during Spring Training. He was sharp in his first outing on Sunday, though, allowing just four baserunners over five innings against an El Paso lineup that includes three of the Padres' top 10 hitting prospects and leads the Pacific Coast League in nearly every offensive category.

Astros: Myles Straw, OF/SS (No. 16) -- 2-for-4, BB (Triple-A Round Rock)
In a game that was finished Sunday after being started and suspended Friday due to weather, Straw singled twice in four trips to the plate, also stealing his eighth base of the year in a 10-9 loss to San Antonio. Straw is hitting .321 overall with an .810 OPS on the season, after posting a .291 average and .734 OPS between Double-A Corpus Christi and Triple-A Fresno in 2018.

Mariners: Evan White, 1B (No. 4) -- 2-for-5, HR (1), RBI, R (Double-A Arkansas)
White was 2-for-5 with a solo home run, his first of the season, in Arkansas' 8-5 loss to Amarillo, and is hitting .273/.359/.400. He's 6-for-13 over his last three games. The 23-year-old first baseman spent the 2018 season between Class A Advanced Modesto and Triple-A Tacoma, and slashed .300/.371/.453 with 11 homers in 124 games (120 with Modesto).

Rangers: Anderson Tejeda, SS/2B (No. 4) -- 2-for-4, 2B, R (Class A Adv Down East)
Tejeda served as the designated hitter and went 2-for-4 with a double in Down East's 6-5 victory over Fayetteville. The 21-year-old middle infielder is slashing .289/.355/.470 with two homers and seven steals on the year. In 2018, he hit .259/.331/.439 with 19 homers and 11 steals for Down East.

Braves: Kyle Muller, LHP (No. 13) -- 7 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 4 K (Double-A Mississippi)
Muller turned in seven scoreless innings in a 1-0, 10-inning Mississippi victory over Jacksonville, lowering his season ERA to 2.77 over six starts. The 21-year-old left-hander is holding opponents to just a .181 batting average, though he'd like a lower walk rate, having issued 24 free passes over 26 innings.

Marlins: Jordan Yamamoto, RHP (No. 17) -- 6 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 6 K (Double-A Jacksonville)
Yamamoto matched zeros with Muller for six strong innings, over which he yielded just one hit. The right-hander bounced back from three rough outings in a row, over which his ERA was 7.20. Though he was limited to 13 appearances in 2018 due to injury, he posted a 1.83 ERA over three levels.

Mets: Will Toffey, POS (No. 16) -- 1-for-3, 2B, RBI, R, BB (Double-A Binghampton)
Toffey, the designated hitter in the second half of Binghampton's doubleheader, picked up an RBI double in a 1-for-3 day at the plate after going hitless in his past two games. He's hitting .243 with 7 extra-base hits (2 home runs) this season.

Phillies: Mickey Moniak, OF (No. 9) -- 3-for-4, HR (3), 3B, 2 RBI, R (Double-A Reading)
The first overall pick in the 2016 MLB Draft had a big day at the plate to help lift Reading to a 3-2 win over Akron, going 3-for-4 with his third triple and third homer of the season. After getting off to a slow start at the plate, Moniak has turned in two three-hit performances in the past four games.

Nationals: Israel Pineda, C (No. 7) -- 1-for-4, R, BB (Class A Hagerstown)
Though he's gotten off to a slow start this season, Pineda bounced back from an 0-for-4 performance Saturday, going 1-for-4 with a single and a walk in Sunday's 3-2 loss in 11 innings to Augusta. At Class A Short Season Auburn last year, he hit .273/.341/.388 in 46 games.

Brewers: Lucas Erceg, 3B (No. 8) -- 1-for-2, 2B, 2 RBI, 2 R (Triple-A San Antonio)
Erceg doubled and drove in two during San Antonio's 6-1 victory over Round Rock. That improved his season line to .266/.372/.532 with five homers. In 2018, he hit 13 homers with a .688 OPS at Double-A Biloxi.

Cubs: Oscar de la Cruz, RHP (No. 22) -- 5 IP, 1 H, 1 R, 4 BB, 5 K (Double-A Tennessee)
Though his team lost to Jackson, 3-0, de la Cruz pitched five strong frames in his season debut following an 80-game suspension for violation of Major League Baseball's Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program. He gave up one run on one hit, walking four and fanning five. In 16 Double-A starts last year, he posted a 5.24 ERA.

Cardinals: Andrew Knizner, C (No. 2) -- 2-for-4, HR (2), 2B, 2 RBI, R (Triple-A Memphis)
Knizner had a big day at the plate Sunday, doubling and homering in Memphis' 11-2 win over Nashville to raise his season batting average to .329. The homer was his second of the season. Between Double-A Springfield and Triple-A Memphis last season, he hit .313/.368/.430 with seven home runs in 94 games.

Pirates: Lolo Sanchez, OF (No. 17) -- 4-for-4, 2B, 3B, 2 RBI, 2 R, SB (Class A Greensboro)
Sanchez drove in a pair of runs with a double and triple as part of a 4-for-4 performance during Sunday's 8-2 Greensboro victory over West Virginia. He's slashing .333/.400/.569 with five doubles, five triples and three homers for the season. It's a power surge for Sanchez, who had eight career home runs in 210 professional games entering 2019.

Reds: Michael Beltre, OF (No. 16) -- 1-for-3, 3B, RBI, R, BB (Double-A Chattanooga)
Beltre lined an RBI triple in the seventh inning to help Chattanooga beat Birmingham, 7-4. It was his second game in 2019 after injury had sidelined him for much of the season to that point. He hit well in 105 games between Class A Dayton and Class A Advanced Daytona last year, slashing .278/.397/.402 with 22 steals.

D-backs: Jazz Chisholm, SS (No. 1) -- 1-for-4, HR (9), RBI, R (Double-A Jackson); Matt Tabor, RHP (No. 13) -- 4 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 7 K (Class A Kane County)
Chisholm belted his ninth home run of the season in just 25 games to help Jackson beat Tennessee, 3-0. Though he's hitting just .176 for the season, he's slugging .516, with 12 of his 16 hits on the year of the extra-base variety. In 2018, Chisholm slugged 25 homers and stole 17 bases while posting an .842 OPS over 112 games between Class A Kane County and Class A Advanced Visalia.

Tabor started and tossed four scoreless innings in Kane County's 4-0 victory over Lake County, giving up a hit, allowing no walks and striking out seven in his season debut. He posted a 3.26 ERA over 14 starts at Class A Short Season Hillsboro last year.

Dodgers: Gavin Lux, SS/2B (No. 3) -- 2-for-3, HR (5), 2 RBI, R, BB (Double-A Tulsa)
Lux opened Tulsa's 9-8 win over Corpus Christi with a solo home run, his fifth of the season. He's hitting .301/.340/.527 early this season, after having a huge season between Class A Advanced Rancho Cucamonga and Tulsa last year, slashing .324/.399/.514 with 15 homers and 13 steals.

Giants: Jake Wong, RHP (No. 7) -- 6 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K (Class A Augusta)
Wong was brilliant over six hitless innings in Augusta's 3-2 victory over Hagerstown, lowering his season ERA to 2.20 over six starts. Opponents are batting just .168 against him, and he's issued only six walks on the season so far. In 2018, his first professional season, Wong posted a 2.30 ERA over 11 starts for Class A Short Season Salem-Keizer.

Padres: MacKenzie Gore (No. 2) -- 5 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 7 K (Class A Adv Lake Elsinore); Edward Olivares, OF (No. 23) -- 3-for-5, 3 HR (8), 5 RBI, 3 R (Double-A Amarillo)
Gore was dominant over five hitless frames in Lake Elsinore's 8-0 win over Lancaster, the only blemish on his line for the day being two walks issued. It was a continuation of early season success for the left-hander, who now has a 1.15 ERA with 45 strikeouts and just six walks in six starts. Gore is looking to bounce back from a 2018 campaign in which he posted a 4.45 ERA in 16 starts for Class A Fort Wayne.

Olivares made history Sunday, becoming the first player in Sod Poodle history to have a three-homer game. He accomplished the feat in his first three at-bats during Amarillo's 8-5 victory over Arkansas. The performance upped his season slash line to .296/.361/.593, and his homer total to eight on the young season.

Rockies: Rico Garcia, RHP (No. 21) -- 7 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 7 K (Double-A Hartford)
After back-to-back scoreless outings, Garcia further lowered his ERA to 1.71 as he allowed one run over seven frames in Hartford's 7-1 victory. The right-hander has racked up 32 strikeouts over his past four starts (23.3 innings).
