Single Game Buyer/Plan Holder Refund Info

For games not played: Only tickets purchased at the Coors Field ticket windows or Dugout Stores need to be returned to the Colorado Rockies for refunds. Such tickets must be returned for refund by 12/03/2018. All other tickets have no cash value and will be automatically refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment and SHOULD NOT be returned. Refunds to credit cards will be processed within 7-10 days after the Colorado Rockies season is concluded. Checks will be mailed within 4-6 weeks after the Colorado Rockies season is concluded. There will be no cash refunds. Per ticket and order fees for internet and phone orders will also be refunded for games not played. Mail, will call or any delivery charges will not be refunded. However, in the case of plan holders, credits will be applied to the 2019 season for their plan tickets unless otherwise directed.

**Plan Holders that purchased the Postseason strip:** All payments for postseason games not played will automatically be applied to the 2019 regular season. You DO NOT need to return any tickets received, they may be kept as souvenirs. If you wish to receive a refund, please notify us via email at seasontickets@rockies.com or miniplans@rockies.com by October 19. If payment was made by credit card, your card will be credited. If payment was made by check, one refund check will be sent to the Primary Account Holder. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. If you purchased additional tickets other than your strip, please refer to the "Single Game Buyers" information above.
