Omaha Storm Chasers (67-72)

Omaha lost a third straight contest at Iowa. Felipe Paulino made a rehab start and held the Cubs scoreless until the fourth, when he allowed four runs (three earned). Paulino threw 88 pitches, including 50 strikes. Christian Colon and Irving Falu recorded two hits and a run apiece. Ben Broussard had the lone RBI for Omaha. The Storm Chasers remain one game ahead of Memphis in the division race.

NW Arkansas Naturals (33-32 2nd half, 58-77 overall)

Northwest Arkansas scored four in the second en route to a second straight win over Tulsa. Mitch Canham tripled twice and drove in three runs. Brett Eibner was 3-for-4 with two RBI, including a solo homer in the seventh. Aaron Brooks picked up the win, allowing three runs, 10 hits and a walk over 5.2 innings. The win kept the Naturals 2.0 games behind first-place Arkansas.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (27-38 2nd half, 60-75 overall)

Myrtle Beach at Wilmington - Postponed due to rain

Wilmington's contest was postponed due to rain. A pair of seven-inning games are scheduled for tonight, with the first to begin at 5:05 Eastern. J.C. Sulbaran will start game one, with Sam Selman on the mound in game two.

Lexington Legends (35-30 2nd half, 68-65 overall)

Augusta 13, Lexington 4

Lexington's playoff hopes were dashed as Augusta clinched the second-half division title. Starter Christian Binford was solved for seven runs (six earned) over 3.0 innings. Bubba Starling gave the Legends a 2-0 lead with a homer in the first. He added an RBI single in the eighth. Mark Threlkeld was 2-for-5 plus a run.

Idaho Falls Chukars (16-11 2nd half, 35-30 overall)

Idaho Falls 6, Grand Junction 5

HR: None

Alexis Rivera raced home on a throwing error in the ninth, lifting Idaho Falls to the win. The Chukars scored six runs over the final four innings. Carlos Garcia doubled twice, drove home two and scored two times. Michael Antonio posted two doubles, two RBI and a run. Idaho Falls leads the South Division by a half-game with 11 games to play.

Burlington Royals (28-37)

Burlington 5, Johnson City 3

HR: Alfredo Escalera (1)

Burlington scored three in the ninth to cap a five-run comeback at Johnson City. Alfredo Escalera narrowed the gap to 3-2 with a solo homer in the eighth. He followed with a go-ahead two-run double in the ninth and finished a triple shy of a cycle. Starter Cesar Ogando scattered three runs (two earned), seven hits and a walk over 5.0 innings. Cruz Guevara tossed 4.0 scoreless innings for the win.

Surprise Royals (12-15 2nd half, 22-33 overall)

Arizona Angels 8, Surprise 7
LP: Alex Black (2-2)
HR: None

Surprise dropped the season finale, taking a lead in the 11th before the Angels won it with a pair. Wander Franco was 3-for-6 with three RBI and two runs. Brandon Dulin doubled, tripled, drove in a run and scored a run. Noel Arguelles made a rehab start, allowing an unearned run over 2.0 innings.
