KANSAS CITY, MO -- The Kansas City Royals are excited to offer fans the opportunity to watch the movie, The Sandlot, following the 1:15 p.m. game against Oakland on Saturday, June 2. Special guests connected to the movie will also make appearances throughout the day.
For the first time, fans can stay after the game and watch the movie right from the seating bowl. Fans can either purchase regular game tickets or choose from one of the following Sandlot Theme Tickets:
Theme Ticket T-Shirt Package:  This package includes a game ticket, an exclusive Sandlot themed t-shirt (see attached image) and a donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City. 
Theme Ticket VIP Viewing Package:  This package also includes the Theme Ticket t-shirt but adds exclusive access to Craft & Draft to view the movie after the conclusion of the game. While in Craft & Draft, fans will have a meet & greet opportunity with Sandlot actor Brandon "Kenny DeNunez" Adams and Sandlotdirector/narrator David Mickey Evans! Special menu items will be available as well as free popcorn. Alcohol will be available for purchase. 
Fans who purchase the Sandlot Theme Ticket will need to show their ticket to redeem the t-shirt and gain access to Craft & Draft. T-shirt distribution will be at the Gate B spiral ramp from the time gates open until first pitch and again in Craft & Draft before the movie starts. 
Fans who purchase tickets for the game and would like to stay and watch the movie will be ushered to Sections 109-115. Select concession stands will remain open near these sections for fans to purchase food and beverage.
In March, Major League Baseball announced a partnership with Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment to celebrate the 25^th Anniversary of The Sandlot.  All season long, various festivities, events and screenings will be held at MLB ballparks.
