Producer/engineer of Royals radio broadcasts and Affiliate Sales & Regional Market Manager
Keith Kowalski is in his first season as the producer/engineer of Royals radio broadcasts, replacing Don Free, who retired after 32 seasons. Kowalski also serves as an Affiliate Sales & Regional Market Manager, a job he's held since 2013.
Prior to starting with the club, he spent a total of eight non-consecutive years with Learfield Sports, serving as an Affiliate Relations - Account Executive (2001-03), an Affiliate Manager (2007-12) and a Corporate Sales Manager - Wisconsin Properties (2012-13). He also served as a Program Director for the Special Olympics in Texas for three years and spent one season with FC Dallas as an Account Executive in 2003-04.
Kowalski graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, receiving a BBA in Marketing in 2001. He was born in Erie, Penn., but grew up in Dallas, Texas. He and his wife, Kerri, have three kids - Jack, Maris and Camdyn - and reside in Lee's Summit, Mo.
