Q: Where are the ADA seating locations at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha and how can you purchase? Are wheelchairs available and provided if requested?

- ADA ramp to Concourse Level near Gate #3 on the East side of the building off 10th Street.
- ADA elevator entrance near Gate #2 near the Box Office.
- ADA elevator at Suite/Club entrance along 13th Street near Gate #1.

Q: What side will the Home Dugout and Home Bullpen's be inside TD Ameritrade Park Omaha?
A: At TD Ameritrade Park Omaha, the Home Dugout is located on the 3rd Base side of the field and the Home Bullpen is located behind the Left Field wall in front of sections 125/126. The Royals will be the Home Team and will be located in the 3rd Base Dugout
Q: How will my tickets be delivered?
A: The default Delivery Method for the game will be Mobile Device Delivery. All game tickets will be available via your Ticketmaster account on Ticketmaster.com and the Ticketmaster Mobile app. You will receive email communication when all tickets are available. There is also a delivery delay in place until 48 hours prior to the game.
