Q: When will I be able to start managing my Ballpark Flex Pack Account?
A: Your Ballpark Flex Pack account will be live and accessible within the MLB Ballpark app just a few minutes after your purchase is complete. When you download the MLB Ballpark app, make sure to use the same email address used for purchase to create your account. Once inside the app, click on Flex Ticket Redemption within the Royals Team page.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of Ballpark Flex Pack Vouchers I am allowed to redeem per game?
A: No, there is no limit to the number of vouchers you can redeem per game.
Q: If I use all my Ballpark Flex Pack vouchers, can I buy more?
A: Yes, you can purchase additional Ballpark Flex Pack vouchers (minimum 12) by returning to royals.com/flex.
Q: Once I activate my Ballpark Flex Pack vouchers, can I upgrade my seats?
A: Yes, once you receive your mobile tickets and enter the venue, you can upgrade your tickets by clicking the Upgrades button within the Royals Team page of the MLB Ballpark app. This can be done 1 hour prior to the game time.
Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded for use of the Ballpark Flex Pack.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Ballpark Flex Pack is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Kauffman Stadium and seat assignments will be managed through the app.
Q: Can I purchase the Flex if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Kauffman Stadium.
Q: Are Ballpark Flex Pack tickets refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Ballpark Flex Pack purchases are non-refundable.
Q: Which games are included with my Ballpark Flex Pack?
A: Your Vouchers can be redeemed at any time, all the way up until the first pitch! (Subject to availability)
Entering Kauffman Stadium
Q: How do I get into Kauffman Stadium with my Ballpark Flex Pack?
A: Your ticket for all games can be found in the MLB Ballpark app. Download the MLB Ballpark app and go to the Flex Ticket Redemption within the Royals Team page. Login with the email address you used to purchase and your password associated with the account. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Kauffman Stadium.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: To send your tickets to a guest, go to the Ticket Wallet within the MLB Ballpark app. Tap the game tickets you want to transfer for and tap "Forward" in the upper right corner. Select the ticket you want to send and then tap "Forward" at the bottom of your screen. You are able to forward tickets in two different methods - via a text link or a direct email.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please visit our Guest Services office once you enter Kauffman Stadium to have your seat relocated to an ADA location.
