Bo Jackson Flex Plan

Celebrate one of the most dynamic players in Royals history with the Bo Jackson Flex Plan! Enjoy 16 vouchers to use via your mobile phone as you see fit throughout this 50th season of Royals baseball. Whether it's using all 16 vouchers for one game or spreading them out over the season, the choice in how you use them is up to you! Choose from all remaining 2018 regular season home games with several different seating options available. This package is available exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app.

Any discounted tickets purchased by an unauthorized ticket broker or reseller (or anyone who represents an unauthorized ticket broker or reseller) are subject to cancellation by the Royals at any time, even after resale.

Bo Jackson Flex Plan FAQs

Q: When will I be able to start managing my Bo Jackson Flex Plan Account?

A: Your Bo Jackson Flex Plan account will be live and accessible within the MLB Ballpark app just a few minutes after your purchase is complete. When you download the MLB Ballpark app, make sure to use the same email address used for purchase to create your account. Once inside the app, click on Flex Ticket Redemption under the Tickets menu. 

Q: Is there a limit to the number of Bo Jackson Flex Plan Vouchers I am allowed to redeem per game?

A: No, there is no limit to the number of vouchers you can redeem per game.

Q: If I use all my Bo Jackson Flex Plan vouchers, can I buy more?

A: Yes, you can purchase additional Bo Jackson Flex Plan vouchers (minimum 16) by returning to royals.com/bo. 

 Q: Once I activate my Bo Jackson Flex Plan vouchers, can I upgrade my seats?

A: Yes, once you receive your mobile tickets and enter the venue, you can upgrade your tickets by clicking the Upgrades button in the Tickets menu of the MLB Ballpark app. This can be done 1 hour prior to the game time.

Q: Which phones are supported?

A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded for use of the Bo Jackson Flex Plan.

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?

A: The Bo Jackson Flex Plan is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Kauffman Stadium and seat assignments will be managed through the app.

Q: Can I purchase the Flex if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?

A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Kauffman Stadium.

Q: Are Bo Jackson Flex Plan tickets refundable?

A: We're sorry, all Bo Jackson Flex Plan purchases are non-refundable.

Q: Which games are included with my Bo Jackson Flex Plan?

A: Your Vouchers can be redeemed at any time, all the way up until the first pitch! (Subject to availability)

Entering Kauffman Stadium

Q: How do I get into Kauffman Stadium with my Bo Jackson Flex Plan?

A: Your ticket for all games can be found in the MLB Ballpark app. Download the MLB Ballpark app and go to the Flex Ticket Redemption in the Tickets menu. Login with the email address you used to purchase and your password associated with the account. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Kauffman Stadium. 

Q: How does my guest scan in?

A: To send your tickets to a guest, go to the Tickets section in the MLB Ballpark app. Tap the game you want to transfer your tickets for and tap "Forward" in the upper right corner. Select the ticket you want to send and then tap "Forward" at the bottom of your screen. 

Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?

A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please visit our Guest Services office once you enter Kauffman Stadium to have your seat relocated to an ADA location.
