Daniel Norris finally shaved his beard and is now totally unrecognizable

Most ballplayers spend their winter flipping tires, pulling trucks and generally getting swole for the season to come. Tigers pitcher Daniel Norris, however, prefers to spend his building something even more crucial: a truly stupendous beard. Here's how he emerged for Detroit's fan festival last year:

The look became such a hit that the team even ran a Daniel Norris beard cap promotion at Comerica Park. And sure enough, when Norris reported to Spring Training this week, his facial hair was as strong as ever ... until Friday, that is, when he decided to shave it all off: 

Wait, where'd he go? That can't be the same person, can it?
