Tickets to both previously scheduled dates will be honored for the August 8, 2021 date.

What do I do if I want to attend the rescheduled date?
No action is needed, your ticket will be valid for the new date.
Where do I find my account #?
The ticket account # can be found in the Confirmation email, it is the number immediately after TGEV.
If you cannot find your confirmation email the account # is also printed on your ticket.
My credit card was compromised/lost/stolen or I closed my account. How do I get my refund?
If you still have a card with the issuing bank, the bank will automatically apply the refund to your account. If you no longer have a credit card with the issuing bank, you will need to request a check from the issuing credit card company after the account has been credited with the ticket refund.
What fees will be returned?
All per order, per ticket, and credit card fees will be returned. Expedited delivery fees (such as Fedex.), where costs were incurred for delivery, will not be refunded.
