Q: How do I purchase Passes?
A: Purchase Passes by clicking on the green purchase button on this page or over the phone at 313-471-2255.
You can buy up to six (6) passes for your friends and family.
Passes are only available online or via phone and cannot be purchased at the Tigers Box Office.
Q: Can I sit with other Ballpark Pass purchasers?
A: Yes, if you would like to sit with other Pass purchasers, you may link your pass prior to receiving your tickets at the time noted. Simply tap the Sit With Friends button in the Ticket Management screen and enter your friend's email address. Linking is based on seating availability.
Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded for use of the Tigers Ballpark Pass.
Q: Can I use an iPod touch / iPad?
A: No, we only support iPhones and Android phones.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Tigers Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the MLB Ballpark app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Comerica Park and seat assignments will be managed through the app.
Q: Can I purchase the Pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Comerica Park.

STEP 1: Download the MLB Ballpark app
Download the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone, and create or log in with your MLB.com account.
If you already have the app, be sure to download the latest version and keep updating throughout the season. Download here
STEP 2: Link your account
Q: How and when are Pass tickets delivered?
A: All of your tickets will be delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark app. Text alerts are sent to Pass purchasers approximately 2 hours prior to each game after specific seat locations have been assigned within the MLB Ballpark app. You must have a compatible smartphone to access your ticket inventory. You will also receive a follow up email with detailed instructions on how to register your Pass on the MLB Ballpark app.
Q: Can I sell my Pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable and only available on the phone of the Pass purchaser.
Q: Can I share my Pass with someone else?
A: Passes cannot be shared. Admission to Comerica Park will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.
Q: Are Passes/Pass tickets exchangeable or refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Pass purchases are final. Passes and Pass tickets cannot be exchanged, forwarded, transferred or resold.
Q: What happens if a game is rained out?
A: If a game is postponed, your Pass ticket for the postponed game is valid for the rescheduled game only and will appear in your ticket inventory approximately 2 hours prior to the rescheduled game. Visit tigers.com/rainouts for up to date information regarding postponed games.
Q: What happens if a game time changes?
A: All game times are subject to change. Your Pass ticket will be valid only for the date of the game and is non-exchangeable.
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Tigers Ballpark Pass?
A: All purchasers who select the $49.99, $89.99 or $189.99/month Tigers Ballpark Pass will receive a guaranteed seat to each game. You will receive a reserved seat location for every game you attend. Purchasers of the $29.99/month Tigers Ballpark Pass will not receive a seat location for each game.
Q: Where may I view the game with my Pass Standing Room tickets?
A: Standing room areas are located in designated areas along the first and third base sides of the lower bowl, behind accessible seating sections of the 200 and 300 levels, as well as the areas on either side of the centerfield fountain. Standing room is reserved for guests with standing room tickets. We ask that fans in the lower bowl standing room areas stand one person deep to allow for easy mobility for other guests and guests in wheelchairs.
Q.When will I receive my seating location for the game?
A: You can expect to receive your seating locations 2 hours prior to first pitch. You will receive a text to accept your seats for that game if you have elected to receive text notifications.
Q: What if I lose the text message with my Pass?
A: If you can't access your Pass via text message, simply access the MLB Ballpark app and select Ballpark Pass on the Comerica Park section of the app.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: Please visit Guest Services inside the ballpark behind section 131 to receive an ADA location subject to availability.
Q: How do I get into Comerica Park with my Pass?
A: Your ticket for all games can be found in the MLB Ballpark app beginning four hours prior to each game. Download the MLB Ballpark app and select Ballpark Pass on the Comerica Park section of the app. Login with the email address you used to purchase the pass and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Comerica Park
Q: Am I allowed to enter Comerica Park before I receive my seat location for that game?
A: Yes! Your barcode will allow you access into Comerica Park even before your seat location for that game is assigned.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the MLB Ballpark app. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Comerica Park together.
Q. How do I renew my Month to Month Pass?
A. When you purchase the Month to Month Pass you will be auto-renewed each month at the applicable Month to Month Plan rate. The charges will be processed for the months of April, May, June, July, August and September.
Q: When will my Month to Month Pass be renewed?
A: Pass buyers will be automatically renewed by the 25th of each month for games in the following month. For example, buyers who purchase the pass for April will be automatically renewed by April 25th to receive May games access.
Q: When can I opt out of my Month to Month Pass?
A: You must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request on or before the 20th day of any calendar month in order to cancel your Month to Month Pass effective as of the last day of the same calendar month. You will receive an email on the 21st of the month confirming you have opted out of the following month. Any cancellation request made after the 20th day of a calendar month will result in cancellation of your Month to Month Pass effective as of the last day of the following calendar month. Q: Can I upgrade my Month to Month Pass?
A: Please contact the Detroit Tigers Ticket Department at 313 471-BALL and we will adjust your future auto-renewal for the following month's games to reflect your new seating selection.
