Strike Out ALS

Step up on the mound and help Strike Out ALS-Lou Gehrig's Disease-by making a pledge for each home game strikeout by the Minnesota Twins during the 2018 season. Working together, Carrier and the Minnesota Twins will generously match the first $10,000 of pledges to The ALS Association, MN/ND/SD Chapter for every home game strikeout. That means that each pledge made by supporters will go further to provide people with ALS and their families needed medical and communication equipment, as well as many more programs and services provided by The ALS Association. Contributions will also help to continue research to discover new treatments and breakthroughs in the pursuit of finding a cause and a cure for ALS. You can make a difference to those living with ALS. Take your turn by throwing out for first pitch!

For more information or to make a pledge to help Strike Out ALS, please contact Bryan Donaldson at BryanDonaldson@twinsbaseball.com.

Rock & Wrap It Up! Inc Partnership

The Minnesota Twins and concession partner Delaware North Sportservice have partnered with Rock & Wrap It Up! Inc. to donate unused food from Target Field to local non-profits. Following each Minnesota Twins home game, representatives from Joseph's Storehouse in Brooklyn Park box up all prepared, but untouched, meals at Target Field. The next day, the food is delivered to local charity organizations.

Rock & Wrap It Up aims to help organizations aimed at fighting poverty by providing these meals to them and therefore reducing their operating budgets. By reducing the amount of funds needed for food costs, the organizations are able to devote their budget to services that attack the root causes of poverty.

Roots for the Home Team

The Twins Community Fund, in partnership with Delaware North Sportservice, annually fund the Roots for the Home Team organization. Roots for the Home Team partners with youth garden programs in ethnically diverse areas of the Twin Cities. Using their produce grown as ingredients, and their inventive nature to help develop recipes, together they sell delicious salads at Target Field on Minnesota Twins' weekend home games.

Through Roots, youth experience a new sense of achievement, a new understanding of what opportunities are available to them and the belief that they can create an extraordinary future.
