"The Minnesota Twins organization is honored and excited to host one of America's greatest college football success stories - the NDSU Bison - at Target Field," Twins President & CEO Dave St. Peter said. "The NDSU-Butler game is certain to be a tremendous college football showcase, as Bison Nation takes over downtown Minneapolis."
"There has been great buzz and excitement from our fan base since the game at Target Field was announced. The opportunity to partner with the Twins organization and showcase Bison football in Minneapolis is something our players and coaches are excited about," said NDSU Director of Athletics Matt Larsen. "We look forward to seeing 40,000 members of Bison Nation, clad in green and gold, packing Target Field next year."
