Here's a look at Wednesday's top Minor League performers from each team's Top 30 Prospects list:

Orioles: Adam Hall, SS (No. 14) – 5-for-6, 2B, 2 RBI, SB (Class A Delmarva)
Hall boosted his average to .365 with the first five-hit game of his career. Hall collected hits in each of his first three at-bats, including a two-run single (his second hit of the inning) in the third. The 2017 second-rounder is making his full-season debut after hitting .293 through 62 games with Class A Short Season Aberdeen last year.

Red Sox: Jarren Duran, OF (No. 10) -- 3-for-5, 2 R (Class A Advanced Salem)
Duran’s fourth three-hit game of the year lifted his average to a blistering .377 through 17 games. The Red Sox picked Duran in the seventh round of the 2018 Draft and he went on to hit .357 with 24 stolen bases through 67 games. Duran, the fastest player in Boston's system, was bumped up a level this season but has continued to rake and has already swiped five bases.

Blue Jays: Vladimir Guerrero Jr., 3B (No. 1, MLB No. 1) -- 2-for-5, solo HR (3), 2 R; Cavan Biggio, IF (No. 9) -- 3-for-4, HR (3), 3 RBI, BB (Triple-A Buffalo)
Vlad hit a go-ahead homer to the opposite field in the seventh inning to help power Buffalo past Syracuse, 5-4. It was one of two hits in the game by the 20-year-old phenom, who hit .367/.424/.700 in eight games with the Bisons. It was later announced that Guerrero would be called up to make his Major League debut on Friday. Biggio, meanwhile, pushed his season line up to .415/.500/.642 with his second three-hit performance of the season and first since Opening Day.

Rays: Wander Franco, SS (No. 1, MLB No. 12) -- 1-for-2, HR (1), 2 RBI, 2 R, 2 BB, SB (Class A Bowling Green)
A day after going 3-for-3 with three doubles, the 18-year-old shortstop extended his hitting streak to 10 games when he connected on his first home run of the season, a solo shot in the eighth inning of Bowling Green’s 9-2 win over Fort Wayne. After taking home the Appalachian League MVP award last season at age 17, Franco has opened his first full season by hitting .306/.403/.516 with nine extra-base hits, four steals and more walks (11) than strikeouts (7) through 17 games in the Midwest League.

Yankees: Deivi Garcia, RHP (No. 4) – 5.2 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 10 K (Class A Advanced Tampa), Chance Adams, RHP (No. 20) -- 6 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 9 K (Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre)
Garcia put together the fifth double-digit strikeout game of his career as he carved his way through the Charlotte lineup with 93 pitches, 67 of which went for strikes. The 19-year-old, who the Yankees signed in 2015 out of the Dominican Republic, has amassed 33 strikeouts through 17 2/3 innings this season after striking out 105, a career high, in 74 innings last year. Adams spun what was clearly his best start of the season for the RailRiders. The right-hander had been tagged for 13 runs over 11 1/3 innings across his first three starts, but fired 65 of his 100 pitches for strikes against Rochester and was able to cruise through six innings.

AMERICAN LEAGUE CENTRAL

Indians: Bobby Bradley, 1B (No. 6) – 3-for-4, 2B, HR, RBI (Triple-A Columbus)
Bradley extended his hitting streak to five game with his sixth multihit performance of the season. Bradley, who has always been known for his power, hit .224 over 129 games last year and is trending better in 2019. Bradley is hitting .308, albeit in a small sample size, and has three homers. Strikeouts have been a problem for Bradley throughout his career and he’s struck out 22 times in 65 at-bats this year.

Royals: Jonathan Bowlan, RHP (No. 29) – 5 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 6 K (Class A Lexington)
Bowlan needed just 54 pitches, 40 strikes, to throw five nearly perfect innings of relief. The second-round pick (2018) retired the first seven batters he faced and after one runner, who reached via a hit, was caught stealing, Bowlan retired seven in a row again to finish the game. Bowlan has held the opposition without a run in two of his four appearances and has 26 strikeouts over 18 1/3 innings this season.

Tigers: Alex Faedo, RHP (No. 10) – 7 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 1 HBP, 5 K (Double-A Erie), Kody Clemens, 2B (No. 14) – 2-for-4, 2B, 2 RBI (Class A Advanced Lakeland)
Faedo worked the first seven innings as he and reliever Drew Carlton combined to throw the third no-hitter in Double-A Erie history in a 4-0 win over Bowie. Clemens, who went 0-for-8 over the past two games, came through with his third two-hit game of the year as he tries to find a rhythm at the plate. Clemens, a third-round pick from last year’s Draft, hit .288 in his pro debut, but is hitting just .175 through 17 games this year.

Twins: Griffin Jax, RHP (No. 23) – 5.1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K (Double-A Pensacola)
Jax has been dominant all season and the trend continued against Mobile as he threw 49 of his 77 pitches for strikes and lowered his ERA to 0.49. The 2016 third-round Draft pick has given up just one run all year (22 innings pitched) and has racked up 18 strikeouts, compared to seven walks. Jax posted a 3.70 ERA through 15 appearances (14 starts) last season.

White Sox: Nick Madrigal, 2B (No. 5, MLB No. 44) – 1-for-2, 2B, 2 RBI (Class A Advanced Winston-Salem)
Madrigal only had one hit but chose an opportune time to collect it as he came through with a two-run double in the third inning. Madrigal has driven in five runs over the past four games and has 15 RBIs through 17 games this season. Taken with the fourth overall pick of last year’s Draft, Madrigal hit .303 in his professional debut and is hitting .281 so far this season.

AMERICAN LEAGUE WEST

A’s: Lazaro Armenteros, OF (No. 4) – 1-for-4, HR, RBI (Class A Advanced Stockton)
Armenteros went deep in the second inning for his third homer of the season. The 19-year-old, who was viewed as one of the top international prospects when he signed with the A’s in 2016, hit .277 with eight homers over 79 games last year and is hitting .228 through the first 16 games of 2019.

Angels: Matt Thaiss, 1B (No. 8) – 2-for-4 (Triple-A Salt Lake)
Thaiss has struggled early this season and Wednesday’s performance was his first multihit game since April 11. Thaiss is hitting .235 through 17 games this year after hitting 280 through 125 games, including a .277 average at the Triple-A level (85 games) last season.

Astros: Ronnie Dawson, OF (No. 14) – 2-for-3, 2 HR, 3 RBI (Double-A Corpus Christi)
Dawson extended his hitting streak to nine games with a homer in the first inning, then he decided to do it again in the second. The 23-year-old bumped his season home run total to five with his fifth career two-homer game. Dawson got off to a rough start and was hitting .111 on April 14, but has picked up the pace lately and is now hitting .233.

Mariners: Jake Fraley, OF (No. 14) – 3-for-5, 2B, HR, 3 RBI (Double-A Arkansas)
Make that back-to-back multihit performances for Fraley, the 77th overall pick from the 2016 Draft. Fraley, hitting .286 through his first 17 games at the Double-A level, is 5-for-9 over the past two days. The three hits marked a season-high for Fraley, but he also struck out twice, something he’s done 19 times in 70 at-bats this season.

Rangers: Hans Crouse, RHP (No. 1, MLB No. 80) – 6 IP, 6 H, 1 R, 3 BB, 4 K (Class A Hickory)
Crouse issued his first three walks of the season, but also turned in his second straight quality start. The 20-year-old, a 2017 second-rounder, threw 50 of his 84 pitches for strikes and has a 1.33 ERA through four starts, 14 1/3 innings. Crouse posted a 2.47 ERA over 13 starts last year.

Braves: Trey Riley, RHP (No. 20) -- 6 IP, 7 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 2 K (Class A Rome)
Riley, a fifth-round selection from the 2018 Draft, spun his best start as a professional in a no-decision for Rome. The six innings marked a career high for the 21-year-old, who threw 55 of his 87 pitches for strikes. Additionally, the seven hits allowed were also the most Riley has given up this season, but we was able to work his way out of jams in what turned out to be his first scoreless start.

Marlins: Edward Cabrera, RHP (No. 8) – 5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 6 K (Class A Advanced Jupiter)
After giving up four runs in 4 1/3 innings in his first start of the year, Cabrera has bounced back with a pair of scoreless starts, totaling 11 innings. The 21-year-old, who threw 44 of his 67 pitches for strikes on Wednesday, has a 0.98 WHIP this season and has amassed 15 strikeouts, while walking just two, over his past two starts.

Mets: Christian James, RHP (No. 26) – 5 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 7 K (Class A Columbia)
The seven strikeouts were the most for James, a 2016 Draft pick (fourth round), since 2017. In addition to the impressive strikeout total, the five-inning effort also marked the first start this year in which James did not allow an earned run. James surrendered nine runs over his first three trips to the mound this season.

Nationals: Carter Kieboom, SS (No. 1, No. 24 in MLB) – 2-for-4, 2B, HR, 2 RBI (Triple-A Fresno)
Kieboom played a big role in the Grizzlies’ win over the Aces as he put his team out in front with an RBI double in the first and extended the lead with a homer, his third, in the fifth. Kieboom is hitting .379 this season and has caught fire of late with three straight two-hit games (6-for-11). Kieboom hit .280 over 123 games last season and is expected to make his debut with Washington at some point this season.

Phillies: Cole Irvin, LHP (No. 16) – 6 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 7 K (Triple-A Lehigh Valley)
Irvin picked up his second win in as many starts and set a season high for strikeouts in the process. The 25-year-old has given up one earned run or fewer in three straight starts and boasts a 1.14 ERA through four starts (23 2/3 innings). Irvin’s career high for strikeouts is 10, set in 2018, but after whiffing just one in each of his past two starts, the seven strikeouts were certainly a welcomed change of pace.

Brewers: Brice Turang, SS (No. 3) – 2-for-4, 2 2B (Class A Wisconsin)
Turang, the 21st-overall pick from the 2018 Draft, extended his hitting streak to nine games and bumped his average up above .300 (.306) for the first time since April 8. Turang is still searching for his first homer of the year, but he has been driving the ball to the gaps and has six extra-base hits over the past five games. Turang hit .283 over 43 games last season.

Cardinals: Dylan Carlson, OF (No. 6) – 1-for-4, HR, 2 RBI (Double-A Springfield)
Carlson hit his fourth homer of the season and his second in three games in a loss to Amarillo. The 20-year-old, a 2016 first-round pick, is hitting .286 this season after hitting .246 over two levels over Class A ball last year.

Cubs: Oscar De La Cruz, RHP (No. 22) – 6 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 8 K (Class A Advanced Myrtle Beach)
De La Cruz threw five scoreless innings in his first start of the season, then bounced back with another gem on Wednesday. The 24-year-old, who signed with the Cubs back in 2012, posted a 5.24 ERA in Double-A last season before he tested positive for a banned diuretic and masking agent. De La Cruz was suspended 80 games, which carried over into 2019 and delayed the start of his season.

Pirates: Lolo Sanchez, OF (No. 17) -- 2-for-4, 2 2B, 2 RBI (Class A Greensboro)
Sanchez saw his 10-game hitting streak come to an end on Tuesday, but he bounced back with a multihit performance, his sixth of the year, on Wednesday. Sanchez, who signed with the Pirates in 2015 out of the Dominican Republic, is hitting .328 through 19 games this season.

Reds: Hendrik Clementina, C (No. 23) – 3-for-4, HR, 2 RBI (Class A Advanced Daytona)
Clementina, whom the Reds acquired from the Dodgers at the 2017 Trade Deadline, hit his first homer of the season as part of his first three-hit game this year. The 21-year-old went hitless in six of his first nine games this season, but now has hits in three straight games and is batting .205.

D-backs: Pavin Smith, 1B (No. 17) -- 3-for-5, HR, 3 RBI (Double-A Jackson)
That’s three multihit games for Smith in his past four contests, a stretch during which he’s 8-for-20 at the plate. The former first-rounder out of Virginia (2017) has two three-hit games this season and is hitting .268 through his first 15 Double-A games. Smith hit .255 through 120 games last year, his first full season.

Dodgers: Michael Grove, RHP (No. 14) – 2 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 4 K (Class A Advanced Rancho Cucamonga)
Grove didn’t pitch after the Dodgers picked him in the second round of the 2018 Draft, so he’s making his professional debut this season. The 22-year-old has made four brief starts and has had varying results. After spinning three scoreless innings in his first start, Grove gave up five runs over four innings in his next two trips to the mound. Grove got back on track Wednesday as he fired 25 of his 41 pitches for strikes and tied his season high with four strikeouts, a number he’s reached in three of his four starts.

Giants: Heliot Ramos, OF (No. 2, MLB No. 87) – 1-for-2, 2B, RBI (Class A Advanced San Jose)
Ramos, who has hits in eight of his past nine games, put the Giants on the board with a sacrifice fly in the first inning and later added a double, upping his average to .270. However, the 19-year-old was also hit in the knee by a pitch and eventually left the game. His immediate status is not known.

Padres: Luis Urias, INF (No. 3, No. 22 in MLB) – 3-for-5, 2 3B, RBI (Triple-A El Paso)
After getting 24 at-bats in the Majors, Urias was sent back to Triple-A to get more consistent at-bats and he’s certainly been making the most of them. The 21-year-old went 2-for-4 in his first game back with the Chihuahuas on Monday and then exploded for three hits on Wednesday, after an off day on Tuesday.

Rockies: Rico Garcia, RHP (No. 21) – 5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 4 BB, 6 K (Double-A Hartford)
Garcia turned in his first scoreless start of the year, and in turn, picked up his first win. The 25-year-old, a 30th-round pick from the 2016 Draft, posted a 2.96 ERA over 167 innings across two levels last season and is off to another strong start in 2019. Garcia has posted a 2.50 ERA through 18 innings with 24 strikeouts and 12 walks.
