To replace Cave on the roster, the Twins have selected the contract of outfielder Rob Refsnyder from Triple-A St. Paul. Refsnyder, 30, has played in eight games for the Saints, hitting .233 (7-for-30) with two doubles, two home runs, five RBI, six walks and a .378 on-base percentage.
