Individual game tickets to 2019 Chicago White Sox home games at Guaranteed Rate Field go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 13, on whitesox.com or by calling 866-SOX-GAME.
 
Prior to the general on-sale date, special pre-sale opportunities include: 
 
• Season Ticket Holders Pre-Sale: White Sox season ticket holders with premium seating, full season and 40-game plans will be the first to have access to individual game tickets through an online pre-sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 8. Fans with 20-game and Pick 10 plans, as well as group customers, will have access to an online pre-sale at 10 a.m. on Monday, February 11.
• Whitesox.com Black List Pre-Sale: Members of the Black List -- the free and official whitesox.com fan resource providing breaking news, video alerts, special ticket offers, upcoming game details and more delivered directly to fans' inboxes -- will have access to an online pre-sale at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12.
  
New for the 2019 season, mobile tickets will be the preferred method of entry to Guaranteed Rate Field for single-game ticket purchasers. Print-at-home (PDF) tickets will no longer be an option for tickets purchased online. Fans can receive their tickets through smartphones, White Sox Ticket Office Will Call or by mail (additional fees will apply for hard copy tickets). Fans still have the opportunity to become members of the whitesox.com Black List at no charge by registering at whitesox.com/blacklist. In order to qualify for the special Black List pre-sale, fans must sign up by 10 p.m. on Sunday, February 10.

Beginning March 4, the Guaranteed Rate Field ticket office will be open seven days a week. Ticket office hours are 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets will not be available for purchase in person at the Guaranteed Rate Field ticket office until March 4.
