KANSAS CITY -- Prior to tonight's game at Kansas City, the Chicago White Sox returned right-handed pitcher Nate Jones from his injury rehabilitation assignment with Class A Winston-Salem and reinstated him from the 60-day disabled list.
Jones, 32, was placed on the disabled list on June 13 with a pronator muscle strain in his right arm. He is 2-2 with a 2.55 ERA (7 ER/24.2 IP), four saves, six holds, 27 strikeouts and a .215 opponents average (20-93) in 27 relief appearances this season, his seventh with the White Sox.
