June 9th, 2018

The New York Yankees will return home to Yankee Stadium on Tuesday for a six-game homestand. The homestand will feature two Interleague games from Tues., June 12 - Wed., June 13 vs. the Washington Nationals, and four games from Thurs., June 14 - Sun., June 17 vs. the Tampa Bay Rays.

The Yankees will visit Washington on Monday, June 18, (on what had been an off day) to resume their May 15 suspended game and play their May 16 postponed game. Then the Yankees will have three games at Yankee Stadium from Tues., June 19 - Thurs., June 21 vs. the Seattle Mariners.

The 72nd annual Old-Timers' Day presented by Old Navy will take place on Father's Day, Sunday, June 17. Fans are asked to be in their seats at 11:30 a.m. for the festivities with the traditional Old-Timers' game to follow. All of the pregame celebrations will be aired exclusively on the YES Network. The Yankees will then host Tampa Bay at 2:05 p.m., also airing on YES. Gates will open to ticket-holding fans at 10:00 a.m.

Making their Old-Timers' Day debuts will be Andy Pettitte, Jason Giambi, Nick Swisher, Manager Aaron Boone and Dion James. Joining them will be Hall of Famers Whitey Ford and Reggie Jackson. Additionally, former Yankees and current YES Network broadcasters David Cone, John Flaherty and Paul O'Neill will also be part of the festivities.

The Yankees' 10th-annual HOPE Week (Helping Others Persevere & Excel) will run from Monday, June 11, through Friday, June 15. The initiative is a unique week-long community program that brings to light five remarkable stories intended to inspire individuals into action in their own communities.

Each day over the five-day stretch, the Yankees will reach out to an individual, family or organization worthy of recognition and support, surprising honorees with a day celebrating their accomplishments. Outreach will often take place away from Yankee Stadium, allowing the Yankees to personally connect with individuals in settings that highlight their greatest successes. Fans can learn more about the initiative and nominate inspirational individuals for HOPE Week recognition by visiting the official website at www.hopeweek.com.
