Please proceed to the valid redemption locations, and present your New York Yankees Meal Deal ticket at the register where the barcode of your Group ticket will be scanned for verification of redemption. Each Group ticket with New York Yankees Meal Deal is valid for a regular sized hot dog and one of the following: 12 oz. domestic beer for those 21 years of age or older with a valid ID, Pepsi product or Poland Spring Bottled Water. All food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages) included on this ticket are provided by Legends Hospitality, LLC and New York Yankee Partnership (collectively Licensee). As such, the New York Yankee Partnership ("the Yankees") will hold the portion of money attributable to such food and beverages in escrow to be distributed to Licensee. Any individual receiving any alcoholic beverage must present proper identification proving he/she is 21 years of age or older and may be required to sign an acknowledgment to release. Licensee reserves the right, at any time, to refuse service or amend, revise or alter the delivery of any alcoholic beverage sold under this ticket as may be required to be in compliance with any applicable law, regulation or government or internal policy change.

The number of innings in a regulation game shall be determined by MLB and may be shortened in accordance with MLB rules. Licensor makes no representation, warranty and/or guarantee that nine (9) innings will be played in any regulation game.
