Alexei Ramirez scared the daylights out of Adrian Beltre with a fake pickoff move

It's a dangerous world out there for a baserunner. They're just standing around, minding their own business, trying to run some bases, and infielders are out here hiding baseballs and spontaneously sprinting into the outfield. 
Into this maze of deception stepped poor Adrián Beltré, a man known for being fairly jumpy to begin with. He was on second base during Friday's 3-1 win over the Rays, when all of a sudden -- a wild Alexei Ramirez appeared!
