Thanks to his sign (and Alex Cora), a young Mookie Betts fan had the best birthday ever
Magical things can happen at the ballpark -- even hours before the game. All you have to do is be a kid with a sign and be the recipient of some incredible good fortune.
It also helps if it's your birthday.

I feel bad for the kid's parents from here on out, because no birthday present is ever going to live up to this one.
Adrian Garro joined MLB.com in 2016. Throughout his travels, both Bartolo Colon and Vin Scully have placed their hands on his shoulders. Not at the same time, though. That'd be amazing.
