Listen to Addison Russell explain how he chooses Pokemon cards for players to sign

We were all delighted to find out that Addison Russell geeks out about getting player autographs, just like us. We were even more delighted when he took it to the next level -- instead of having them sign balls or baseball cards, he asks them to sign Pokemon cards.
ESPN's Jess Mendoza sat down with Russell on Sunday and asked him more about his card collection. Did you know he tries to match the card to the player? It's all very strongly dependent on hit points. Watch the video above to learn more, then ask Addison if he thought David Ross was Blastoise:
