A young Yankees fan and an adult Red Sox fan made us all say 'Aw' with this precious moment

You know those moments that make you go Awww? The ones that take place when you don't think anyone is looking? Well, do we have something special and adorable for you. And it just so happened to take place between two rival fan bases.
MLB recently tweeted out an adorable moment from last season when a Red Sox fan caught a stray ball. A young Yankees fan in a Derek Jeter uniform was behind him, and without any hesitation, he gave the ball to her. But wait until the end of the clip:
How cute is that?
It appeared the Sox fan was happy to do it and probably wasn't expecting the hug.
