As the regular season comes to a close, there are few things that have the power to distract from the battles for the last remaining postseason spots. One of those things, though, is the looming departure of beloved players. On Sunday, two of those players had potentially their final games in front of their home crowds.

Moments like these are difficult to prepare for emotionally, but luckily both players have produced lengthy highlight reels through which fans can find comfort in these bittersweet times.
