Kevin Pillar was tagged out on a steal and then decided not to move for some reason

Kevin Pillar attempted to steal second base in the seventh inning of the Blue Jays' 10-4 win over the D-backs on Wednesday. Unfortunately, he was tagged out on a perfect throw by the beautifully-named Tuffy Gosewisch:
That kind of thing happens -- getting thrown out trying to steal a base. But Pillar seemed to take it pretty hard, standing in the same exact spot until it was nearly time to start the bottom half of the inning:
