The flyover display is an extremely important event during any pregame ceremony -- and before a World Series game? Talk about pressure. Cespedes Family BBQ tracked down the flyover crew prior to Game 1 of the World Series presented by YouTube TV and asked them the hard-hitting questions.
It's no surprise that timing is everything. The pilots try to coordinate as best they can to make sure they fly over on the perfect note in the national anthem. Add in the fireworks display, air traffic control and well, flying over a crowd of baseball fans … and you have earned our respect.
And yes, the guys were able to stay and enjoy the Dodgers' 3-1 win.
