Colby Rasmus would like to spend his evening in New York City at the opera

Maybe there was a time when you couldn't quite remember who Colby Rasmus was, but after he introduced himself to you with the first home run (and bat flip) of the 2015 postseason, we're pretty sure he became unforgettable.

He hit three more dingers in ALDS against the Royals -- his long, majestic locks flowing in the wind. In fact, we were so inspired by his hair that we suggested he consider a job as a smooth jazz musician:

Well, it turns out we picked the wrong kind of music. According to MLB.com's Brian McTaggart, Rasmus likes a different kind of beat:

Since the Astros play the Yankees in the afternoon, we're guessing he's catching "Simon Boccanegra" at the Metropolitan Opera. It's a tale of love and political intrigue set in fourteenth-century Italy, and we assume that "1350s Venetian Doge" is the hair shape Rasmus is going for. Or, you know, Opera Man.
